No. Charge the internal battery before use. Operating time can vary depending on the selected mode, dispensing frequency, temperature, and battery condition.
Can the water station remain outdoors permanently?
AquaPace is designed for temporary supervised outdoor use. Bring the unit indoors after use and do not leave it exposed to heavy rain, freezing temperatures, extreme heat, or direct sunlight for extended periods.
How should the tank and bowl be cleaned?
Turn the unit off, remove the bowl and filter, and clean the water-contact components according to the supplied care instructions. Allow all parts to dry before reassembly.
Can other liquids be used in the tank?
Use fresh drinking water only. Do not add milk, broth, supplements, cleaning chemicals, flavored liquids, or carbonated beverages.
Does filtration replace regular water changes?
No. Replace drinking water regularly, clean the tank and bowl, and change the filter when required. Filtration does not make unsafe water suitable for drinking.
Important: Always supervise pets around electronic equipment and outdoor water sources. Position AquaPace on a firm, level surface in a shaded location. Do not immerse the main unit, operate it with a damaged charging port, or allow pets to chew the housing, handle, bowl, filter, sensor, or charging components.
